Estates at Fort King offers 3 & 4-bedroom single-family homes for rent in Dade City, FL that range from 1,200 to 2,260 square feet in size. Each home features a washer and dryer and smart thermostat for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include granite countertops, large closets and high ceilings.
Yes! All homes at Estates at Fort King come with fenced-in yards.
Tours & Applications
Tours are available in person, virtually, and through self-guided options.
To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.
All applicants must present a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo identification along with acceptable documentation such as a Social Security number or approved immigration documentation. Income must be at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.
Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
Our community does not participate in these programs at this time.
No. Short-term rentals are not offered.
Additional Fees and Payments
No. Utilities are not included in the rent.
Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.
Security deposit refunds are issued within 30 days.
Parking
No. EV charging stations are not available.
Each home includes a private garage and driveway for parking.
Guest parking is available in the resident’s driveway.

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Community Lifestyle
The community follows Pasco County noise ordinances.
Please contact your local non-emergency line to report a noise complaint. Afterward, kindly email the leasing office to let us know you’ve made a report so our team can document it accordingly.
Smoking is not permitted in homes or amenity areas.

Public transportation is available through Pasco County Public Transportation.
The community is served by the District School Board of Pasco County. The closest schools for reference are Lacoochee Elementary School, Pasco Middle School, and Pasco High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change and residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific assignments.
The closest airports to Estates at Fort King are Zephyrhills Municipal Airport for local travel and Tampa International Airport (TPA) for major domestic and international flights, located approximately 45–60 minutes away.

Current Leases & Residency
Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.
A 60-day notice is required before moving out.
A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.
No. Subleasing is not allowed.
A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.
